TGM Is Hiring — Working Foreman / Project Manager
TGM is looking for a Working Foreman / Project Manager to run jobs and do the work. This isn’t a clipboard position — you’ll manage projects from start to finish while getting your hands dirty alongside your crew every day.
We’re a remodeling company serving Monroe and Wayne Counties in Upstate New York. If you’ve got the experience to lead a crew and the skills to back it up, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
- $30 – $45/hr depending on experience
- 4-Day Work Week — Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday overtime if you want it.
- Weekly Pay — every single week.
- Commission & Profit Sharing — option to sell smaller projects yourself, with commission or profit sharing depending on the project.

The Role
You’re running the project AND doing the work. Scheduling, material ordering, quality control, crew coordination — that’s on you. But you’re also expected to be hands-on doing the physical work alongside your team every single day. This is for someone who leads from the front, not the tailgate.
You’ll also have the opportunity to sell smaller projects yourself, with commission or profit sharing depending on the scope.
The Work
Residential remodeling — high-end kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, room additions, and custom carpentry. Every project is handled in-house by our own team. No subs.
What We Need
- Proven remodeling/construction experience — you’ve run jobs before
- Multi-trade ability — not a one-trick guy
- Can manage materials, schedules, and crew
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Show up on time, lead by example, no drama
