Current Position Openings
New Construction Division Manager
Lead our entire new construction division. Sell it, price it, manage it, deliver it. Custom homes, barndominiums, additions, and ground-up builds. $90,000–$130,000+ total compensation.
Project Manager
Manage remodeling projects from start to finish. Order materials, keep crews on schedule, and sell when the schedule allows. $55,000–$85,000 salary + commission.
Remodeling Consultant
Sales position. Meet with homeowners and close high-end remodeling projects. $30K–$35K base + 3–5% commission. Total comp $65K–$75K+. Work from home, set your own hours.
Crew Leader
Run job sites, lead crews, and deliver quality remodeling and new construction projects. $30–$50/hr. 1099 or W-2.
Crew Member
Skilled tradespeople who can frame, finish, tile, paint, and handle general remodeling work. $25–$40/hr. 1099 or W-2.
Sub Contractors
Licensed subcontractors for flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and more. Pay based on project, paid in draws of completed work.
