Transfers & limits
Why TGM offers a lifetime warranty
We take pride in our work. We follow strict building standards, use proven methods and do not cut corners. You get a project built to last.
Transferability
This warranty transfers to the next homeowner if the home is sold within five years of project completion. After five years, the warranty stays valid only for the original client.
Limitations
This warranty covers labor only. Material warranties come from the manufacturer. Warranty work does not include upgrades, redesigns or elective changes. Warranty appointments are scheduled during normal business hours.
