TGM Contracting & Remodeling LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TGM Contracting & Remodeling LLC, we take pride in our work and invest significant resources into every project from the very beginning. Because of the planning, scheduling, and custom materials involved, the following policy applies to all projects.

Deposits & Payments

• All projects require an initial deposit to secure crews, scheduling, and materials.
• Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment.
• If a cancellation is made at any point, for any reason, after 48 hours from the initial deposit, all monies paid (including deposits, progress payments, or any additional payments) are forfeited.

Cancellations

• Within 48 Hours of Initial Deposit: Eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees (if applicable).
• After 48 Hours of Initial Deposit: All payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation, regardless of the reason.

Rescheduling

• Projects may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
• Rescheduling within less than 72 hours of the scheduled start may incur a rescheduling fee to cover lost time and crew adjustments.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the 48-hour period.
• Special-order or custom materials already purchased.
• Services or labor already completed.
• Failure to provide site access or necessary approvals on scheduled work dates.

Refund Processing (Within 48 Hours Only)

• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the initial deposit, approved refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.
