Andrew brings more than 30 years in construction and remodeling to the role — including running his own Rochester remodeling company with a 12-person crew. He has sat at hundreds of kitchen tables with homeowners, walked hundreds of job sites, and knows the difference between a project that is managed and a project that just happens.
As a Production Manager for a national residential renovation firm, he delivered 27 completed homes in five months, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and quality control across every one of them.
