Built in-house
TGM Command
Most contractors run their business on a pile of other people’s apps. We wrote our own. Every estimate, photo, message, schedule and document for your project lives in one platform we build and control — so nothing gets lost between tools.
Our own software, not a subscription stack
TGM Command was written for the way we actually run jobs. When a client asks for something the software can’t do, we change the software — usually the same week. No vendor roadmap, no waiting, no exporting your project between five different platforms that don’t talk to each other.
It runs the front office and the field: the phone line, the lead, the walkthrough, the estimate, the schedule, the photos, the invoices and the client portal.
01 — For you
Your client portal
One private link, no app to download and no password to remember. See your estimate and what’s included, approve it, track the schedule, open documents, view job-site photos and message us — any time, from your phone or laptop.
02 — On site
Walkthroughs & documentation
We walk your home room by room in the app — photos, video, measurements and voice notes captured as we go, then turned into a written scope report you receive before any numbers are discussed. On compatible iPhones we also capture a to-scale floor plan of the room.
03 — Progress
Time-stamped job photos
Before, during and after photos of every phase, stamped with the date and tied to your project automatically. You can see what happened at your house on a day you weren’t there — and so can we, years later, if a question ever comes up.
04 — Numbers
Estimates you can read
Estimates are built from the scope we captured on site, priced by our own labor and material rules — not guessed at the kitchen table. Change orders, approvals and invoices run through the same system, so the number you approved is the number on the paperwork.
05 — Communication
One number, one thread
Calls and texts land in a single conversation attached to your project — with call summaries, so whoever picks up already knows the history. Nothing lives on a crew member’s personal phone.
06 — Coverage
Mia, our AI receptionist
Mia is built into TGM Command and answers when we’re on a roof, under a sink or with another client. She takes your details, answers common questions and gets the message to the right person — so your call never goes to a voicemail box nobody checks.
Software supports the crew — it doesn’t replace them. A real person from TGM handles your project, your schedule and your questions. The technology exists so that person always has the right information in front of them.
Why we built it this way
Most remodeling problems aren’t craftsmanship problems — they’re record-keeping problems. A verbal change nobody wrote down. A photo on somebody’s phone. A promise made in a text thread that’s three weeks buried.
We ran on off-the-shelf tools for years and kept hitting the same wall: each one solved a slice, none of them talked, and the gaps between them were exactly where projects go wrong. So we built one system that holds all of it.
The result is simple to describe: what we said, what you approved, what we did, and what it cost — written down, dated, and visible to you.
