One of the biggest changes came from switching insurance providers. TGM has never filed an insurance claim. We have never had a workers compensation case. Because of our clean history and strong safety standards, we qualified for a significantly better insurance plan at a much lower rate.

That was just the beginning.

We also identified savings in operations, logistics, and internal workflows. These were not surface level cuts. These were smart, strategic changes that improve efficiency while protecting quality.

Or upgraded shower controls with additional sprayers instead of a faucet

In addition, complete gut bathroom remodels will include free recessed ceiling lighting. Electrical and labor are not included.

Design, Planning, and Transparency

Most projects where layouts are changing will include free 3D renderings. These renderings allow you to see your space before it is built.

There is no charge for us to create and present the 3D design during your in-person estimate meeting. If you want the actual design file for your own use, there is an additional charge.

Going forward, TGM will no longer mail remodeling estimates.

All remodeling estimates will be presented in person. This allows us to walk through the scope, explain design choices, answer questions, and make sure nothing is misunderstood.

This protects both the client and the project.

Material Flexibility to Fit Your Budget

Clients can choose one of two options.

TGM supplies all materials for full control and coordination.

Or the client supplies materials to reduce overall cost.

We are flexible and transparent. You choose what works best for you.

Everything Is Electronic and Organized

All contracts, work orders, payments, and project documentation are electronic. This keeps everything clear, secure, and easy to access.

No paperwork confusion. No lost documents.

Long-Term Care and Added Services

Clients who want it can schedule a one year project checkup. We will inspect the work and address any concerns.

We also offer a whole house cleaning add-on for clients who want their home professionally cleaned after a project is complete.

Once our home inspection service launches, all past and future TGM clients will receive a 20 percent discount on inspections.

Every member of our team will eventually be certified. This service is part of taking TGM to the next level.

Referral Credits, Giveaways, and Client Appreciation

Clients who refer a friend to TGM will receive a referral credit toward their next project. The credit amount is based on the value of the referred project.

All clients are automatically entered into a monthly giveaway.

At the end of every project, clients receive a thank-you gift for trusting TGM.
