New business hours

Monday through Thursday. 9am to 7pm.

Friday and Saturday. By appointment only.

Sunday. Closed. No work scheduled.

On Fridays and Saturdays, we might return calls or texts. Response is not guaranteed. One thing does not change. Your call is always answered by Mia, no matter the day or time.

Company wide work schedule

TGM moves to a four day work week across the entire company. This includes our crews, office staff, estimators, and sales team. Some crews have already worked this way for a couple of years with strong results. In 2026, this structure becomes the standard.

Crew schedules

Crews work Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Each crew selects the schedule that works best for them. There will be times when crews work on a normal day off if a project requires it. Forty hour work weeks remain the standard.

Office and sales teams

Office staff and estimators follow the same four day structure. The sales team has flexibility. If a sales team member chooses to work on a Friday or Saturday, they can. Estimate scheduling is managed directly by the sales team based on availability and client needs.
