How it works
Tell us the list. For most repair work we can price it off photos and a phone call, schedule a half day or full day, and knock out several items in one visit. Bigger repair lists get an on-site look first. Labor is billed at our hourly rate per man, materials at cost plus our standard markup, and you get the number before we start.

Yes. Repairs, punch lists and single-item jobs are core work for us, not an afterthought. We group jobs by area, so tell us everything on the list.
How is handyman work priced?
Hourly per man for labor, plus materials. You get the number before we start, and we tell you if something on the list needs a licensed trade instead.
Are you insured?
Yes — general liability and workers’ compensation coverage on every job, repair work included.
