When it is bigger than a fix
If a soft floor turns out to be a rotted joist, we show you and price the real repair. We do not cover it up.

We would rather have a list than a single item, because of the drive. Send us everything you have and we will price it.
Can you fix things at our Fair Haven cottage while we are away?
Yes. Leave access and we send photos when it is done.
Do you repair old plaster walls?
Yes. We patch and skim plaster so it matches, instead of cutting out large sections.
Can you install grab bars for my mother?
